Gust C. Gallucci, D.C.

Dr. Gallucci has over 32 years of clinical experience
providing Chiropractic care to patients throughout Northeastern Ohio. He has
been a member of a number of professional organizations, including the
Academy of Preventive Medicine, the Northeast Ohio Academy of Chiropractic,
the National Academy of Research Biochemists, the International Academy of
Preventive Medicine, the American Chiropractic Association, and the Speakers
Bureau Northeast Academy.
Dr. Gallucci was also a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pain
Management, a past Director-At-Large for the Ohio State Chiropractic
Association, and has served as both President and a Director of the
Northeast Ohio Academy of Chiropractic, as well as the Chairman of that
organization’s Insurance Review Committee.
Dr. Gallucci has received professional allied health training in a variety
of subjects, including the Diagnosis, Classification, and Treatment of Most
Common Causes of Lower Back Pain, Regional Orthopedics, Lumbosacral and
Lower Back Pain, Applied Kinesiology, and Clinical Orthopedics in Practice.
He attended the Harvard University Medical School’s symposium on the
Interdisciplinary Treatment of Lower Back Pain. In September, 2001, Dr.
Gallucci presented a patient case study at the Cox Interdisciplinary Spine
Symposium held in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was also the Director of
Chiropractic Care at Progressive Insurance Company for more than seven
years.
Based on his wide knowledge and experience on the subjects of Chiropractic
Care and Lower Back Pain, Dr. Gallucci has been asked to appear on a number
of area television and radio shows. His appearances on radio talk shows
include Carl Reese, Norma Joseph, Jay Lynn, and Bill “Smoochie” Gordon,
discussing “Conservative Treatment of Lower Back Problems”. Television
interviews have included Dr. Larry J.B. Robinson of Cablevision Public
Access and Bill “Smoochie” Gordon of WAX-TV, as well as appearances with
Fred Griffith of the Morning Exchange, Eileen Kory of WKYC, and Dorothy
Fuldheim of WEWS.
Dr. Gallucci’s pre-professional training includes The Ohio State University
in Columbus, Ohio. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Human
Biology and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from National College of
Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois.
Duck Kee Lee, M.D.
Dr. Lee is Physicians First’s Director of Medicine.
Dr. Lee received his Medical degree from Catholic Medical College of
Seoul, Korea. His internship included rotations at South Baltimore
General Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, and his residency in General
Practice Medicine was performed at The Pottsville Hospital and Warne
Clinic in Pottsville, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Lee is a member of the Cleveland Academy of Medicine and the
American Medical Association. Locally, Dr. Lee has been affiliated with
The Cleveland Clinic, Parma Community General Hospital, and Suburban
Community Hospital (now South Pointe). Dr. Lee also maintained a private
practice in Parma, Ohio for over 20 years.
Christine Barnes Scarano, D.C.
Christine Barnes Scarano, D.C. is a native of Miami,
Florida, where her father practiced Chiropractic from 1948 until his death
in 1999. She is a graduate of the National College of Chiropractic in
Lombard, Illinois. After practicing full-time and as a relief physician in
Florida and Illinois, Dr. Scarano moved with her husband and three children
to the Cleveland area and received her Ohio State license in 2005.
Dr. Scarano has practiced a number of Chiropractic techniques, including
Applied Kinesiology, Diversified, and Cox Decompression, in which she became
a Certified Practitioner in November, 2006. Dr. Scarano joined the staff of
Physicians First in July, 2006 as a Senior Associate Chiropractic Physician.
Marlo Miceli, P.T., M.S.W.
Ms. Miceli is licensed by the Ohio Occupational
Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers Board. Ms. Miceli comes to
Physicians First, Inc. from Select Medical Corporation, where she was the
Director of Rehabilitation. She has enjoyed more than 10 years in the
rehabilitation field, working with such fine institutions as University
Hospitals of Cleveland and Harborside Healthcare as a Staff Therapist, with
Case Western Reserve University as a Research Therapist, and with Rehab
Services, Inc. as a Home Care Therapist.
Ms. Miceli earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy degree from
Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri, and a Masters in Clinical
Social Work from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts. Ms. Miceli
joined Physicians First in November 2005 as Director of Physical Therapy. |
